We use very advanced corneal topography to provide a detailed analysis of your cornea to aid in diagnosis, design and manufacture of complex contact lenses, and to follow the effect of refractive procedures such as Orthokeratology or any of the surgical procedures. Additionally, topography aids in the diagnosis of complex corneal irregularities due to disease, trauma, and infection.

Ocular tomography optically photographs cross-sections of the eye in exquisite detail allowing direct assessment of any opacifications within the cornea or crystalline lens. Pachymetry measurements (corneal thickness)is also taken during the scan. Axial length measurements (distance from the front of the eye to the back of the eye) accurate to 1/1000th of a millimeter are assessed so that myopic progression can be followed very accurately and whether the myopic inhibition treatments are providing the stability intended. Aberrometry (Wavefront error) is also measured by this instrument. Scleral elevation and shape are measured with over 100,000 data points to create a unique scleral contact lens that is contoured to the exact shape of the eye measured.
