Astigmatic Orthokeratology - Patient DK
This patient had a prescription of Plano in the left eye while the right eye prescription was +0.50-1.25x165.

Pellucid Marginal Degeneration - Patient DB
On October 23, 1995 this patient was OD -3.50 - 1.25 x 115 20/20-, OS -5.00 - 1.00 x 085 20/20.

On August 5, 1997 the following information was obtained.

These topography maps are standard maps.

The right eye refracted -3.50 - 8.00 x 069 and corrected to 20/25-.

The left eye is -6.25 - 0.25 x 105 with 20/20 acuity.

The patient was now fit into a custom back surface toric soft lens on the right eye that gives 20/25+1.

The left eye is in a steep spherical soft lens with 20/20 acuity.

Plus Orthokeratology - Patient LW
This patient has a distance prescription of OD = Plano -0.25DC, OS = +0.25 - 0.75DC with the need for a near add of +1.75.

A target of +1.50D on the left eye is the goal of this case while leaving the right eye alone to achieve a monovision effect.

The upper topography map is pre-lens wear and the lower map is one month later.

LW wears the lens approximately 2 hours per day and the reading vision is clear and stable for the remainder of the day.
